Teleclass FAQs
How do I Register?
You can register automatically on this site or by e-mail. To register by e-mail, simply place the class name in the subject line. In the body of your message, include your name, the name of your company, your position, contact address, e-mail, daytime and evening telephone numbers. We will accept Visa or a check. Once payment is received, your registration will be confirmed by e-mail. At that time you will be provided with a bridge-line telephone number. You will be expected to call in at the designated time for the TeleClass.
What is a TeleClass?
A TeleClass is a live telephone-based classroom that brings people together to learn techniques that will add new skills and insight. You will get the same inspiration you would from a classroom seminar. The difference is that you save both time and money. You can also enjoy your TeleClass in the comfort of your home or office. Because of the anonymity associated with a TeleClass, many clients find it easier to share concerns. TIP: A headset is inexpensive and very worthwhile.
How will I get connected to my class?
On the day of your TeleClass, at exactly the confirmed start time, call the bridge-line telephone number provided. We ask that you read and follow the TeleClass Protocol that is provided on the Website. It's that simple! Each member of the group can hear and be heard by everyone else in the group. Most TeleClasses are one hour, but in some cases they are 90 minutes. Please refer to the schedule.
Do TeleClasses really work?
Think about it. How much time do you spend on the telephone conducting business? Does it work? You bet it does. TeleClasses are a convenient way to access expertise that can help you to develop new skills and gain exposure to new ideas and concepts. Throughout the session we will encourage participation and sharing. If your questions do not get answered because of time limitations, we ask that you e-mail them to us for a response within 24-hours. TIP: A headset is inexpensive and very worthwhile.
Will I get course materials?
It depends. Some classes provide participant notes, others do not. Any notes will be sent to you by e-mail.
What if I have to cancel?
Cancellations will be accepted up to seven days before the start of each class with a full refund. For missed individual classes, you will have the option of sitting in on future class or listening to audiotapes.
Can I transfer my registration?
Registration may be transferred to another person with notice given to us at least one-business day prior to the start of the class. To request a transfer of registration, contact us by e-mail.
